Rob also got Luka, his replacement. He offered to take even more.. why are we pretending this wasn’t a thing
Rob just whiffed in FA
People didn't wanna play with Bron for a cheap price at the time. Is what it is.

Which is exactly why Bron will opt out AGAIN and take less to get other pieces. Breh you’re just proving my pointRob also got Luka, his replacement.

I think this team just really wasn't that great this year. I think the only good matchups for the Lakers would have been Golden State who couldn't kill them inside. Every other team either has guards that would abuse the Lakers weak perimeter defense or a big that would kill them on the boards and with inside scoring.this is the worse version of this team...
Bron takes a discount.. there will be bigs clamoring to play with Luka..
put AR on the bench .. he can prob compete for 6th man..
Minnesota ended up being the worse matchup for the Lakers.. out of literally the whole west playoffs teams .
Idk about blame but Rob went into the playoffs with only 1 big on the roster… and that big is awfulOh we back trying to blame Rob again huh![]()

I’d assume yes for a MylesProblem is we're already at the second apron for NEXT SEASON ALREADY with the cap holds.
Bron takes half of his salary and we might be able to get Miles Turner. Is he willing to give up that much money?![]()

There was clearly a limit to what this team could do this year
you really think Bron would cut his salary in half?I’d assume yes for a Myles
Rob has to actually get him tho
This team wasn’t winning a ring, and the ceiling was a WCF loss to the ThunderYou werent saying that before the playoffs started. Same shyt last season.
FOH.
He offered a $20 million dollar haircut for Klay or Jonas last yearyou really think Bron would cut his salary in half?![]()
guess we'll see.He offered a $20 million dollar haircut for Klay or Jonas last year
Which is why he signs a 1+1 and takes lessguess we'll see.
I think Bron retires after next season anyway.
Wolves are an easier matchup imo
aight Ant Man...we comin for ya
Rudy Gobert we coming for you
I'm glad we're facing the T-Wolves, to be honest.
the best outcome
Minnesota it is. Lakers in 5.
Lakers in 5
Naz Reid and Donte are the two people to watch out for on the Wolves. Gobert and Randle sucks, and Ant gonna get his points.
Luka licking his chops staring at Rudy
Can’t wait for him to scream “You can’t fukn guard me!!!” yet again

He probably only gonna see 20 mins per game. Lakers going to run small ball and hunt Gobert/Randle/Conley.
Dallas doesn’t have the top end offensive talent that Lakers have.
Plus this Timberwolves team is far worse this year than last year
They go small, and Conley gets played off the floor they have no PG besides Ant
Lakers should handle the Timbwewolves pretty easily. The Rockets with their size and athleticism is a team I'm scared of. Timberwolves have athleticism but not to that extent.
We winning it all brehs.. GUARANTEED![]()
I thought I’d be disconnected by now but I can’t lie, I’m excited to see Luka put belt to ass again.
Really wondering if now he’ll finally get a decent whistle since he’ll he playing for premiere franchise on the big stage.
Lakers in 5
Wolves fanbase (and probably the players, too) are still mentally unwell after last postseason
