The difference between this Warriors defense is they don’t have someone who teams will blow by consistently like Luka.. and if they do, they have Draymond as an elite defender

Bron was an elite defender most of the season, and def when they needed it most

I wouldn't say elite at all but he picks his spots and can be effective in spurts. Reaves and Luka are terrible on defense and Rui has a low bball IQ and is soft.

Lakers should be embarrassed seeing what Warriors B team is doing. Our defense is obviously an issue but the offense in the series was also poor.

Brons 1 hang up is closing into shooters in the regular season. That was eliminated in the postseason. Dude was hedging and getting back to his man on the perimeter at an elite level.. his stats at the rim as a defender were the best in the postseason as well considering he was their small ball 5
Defense can really be attributed to 1 single thing…. Luka being a cone on defense
It highlights the lakers lack of actual 5 man, puts people in constant rotations, never trusting Luka to be where he’s supposed to be, etc.
Reaves isn’t good but he at least gives effort and tries.
