Been saying this since the series ended. They have to trade Reaves this summer. Luka made him obsolete. They desperately need athleticism on the wings and a center.

I've wanted Jalen Suggs on the Lakers for a while but his contract makes it difficult to work out a trade. Reaves for Suggs framework makes sense for both teams though.

the inherent issue with Reaves is this

1. Reaves doesn't make enough on his own to matchup salarywise with an ideal C.

2. If you have to attach Rui, that lowers Reaves' value.

3. Reaves is due an extension that may triple what he makes now. At least double. Whoever gets him better think he's a core piece.

He was always going to decline he can make way more on the open market

But they’d be fools to trade him now dude makes 14 mil. What kind of players are you getting back with that contract?

The players at his caliber make way more and the players around that price range would be straight bums.

Doubtful. I’ve seen GS has been looking to get Cam also.
