Realness 5/5
True Meaning 5/5
Testament 5/5

Like above.

The rest are not my thing aside from a few tracks off them.

Mega has most likely grown as a person (emotionally, psychologically, spiritually etc).

It's a pity his music and raps haven't, just doesn't have 'it' anymore, i used to buy albums off the strength of a mega feature ffs.

Super Classic
0. The Montana Way (not really an album but that shyt was a masterpiece) Mega was the first NY cat to put out his own mixtape so we always bumped it like it was an album

Classic
1.The Realness
2.The True Meaning

Near Classic
3.The Testament
4.Born and Raised (This album is crazy underrated "the other side" "define yourself" "dirty game" and "rapture" are classic songs "Mega Fresh X" was wack tho esp considering who all was on it and a few other songs bring it down most uneven Mega album take like four tracks off and it would have been classic)

Dope
5. Mega Philosophy (doesn't reach the high points of born and raised but doesn't have any of the lows either....decent)

Cormega got the strongest catalog of any QB artist :hubie:
every other QB rapper got some duds

I only fukked with the first two, and that second one was def better than his first; the beats and overall production were better. Plus he sounded more comfortable on the mic..Glory Days and Live Ya Life were some of my fav tracks at that time

Realness 4/5
True Meaning 4.5/5

True Meaning is his best album (4.5)
The Realness is close second (4.5)
The Testament - I still hate that both Testaments are on there. (4)
Born and Raised - I actually like this and listen to it more than Testament, but the other albums have better songs. (4)
Mega Philosophy - outside of a few tracks, not feeling it. It feels generic (3.5)
Mega - NO (ehhhhh)

The Testament is underrated. It's my fav of his and better than the realness IMO.

Dead Man Walking and Montana Diary alone are two of his best songs.

  1. The Testament
  2. The True Meaning (the production is immaculate, this one got the best beats he's ever rapped on. And honestly I love the facts the tracks ain't that long)
  3. The Realness (some of the deepest shyt he's ever said on wax)
  4. Born and Raised (not sure if it's three in his catalog but it's definitely a lot better than people give it credit for)
  5. Mega Philosophy
