Fucc the final boss fight in Metal Gear Rising

Yes, I'm mad and yes I know I'm late.

I've tried at least 50 times and can't beat this fukking guy. I always get trapped in a ring of fire eventually and ping pong between them and die. I also can't do the QTE where he's throwing shyt at you. Every time I try it I fukking die and can't get the repair nanopastes (I have 0 going into the fight).

I need some tips on this shyt, especially how to do the blade mode when he's throwing shyt. I just ninja run past them now.

I always fukk up on the second one too. I got past it once and immediately died on the third one.

I'm gonna try again tomorrow, but if i can't get by him, i'm gonna have to take a week off too.

My wrist is even hurting now from bashing the buttons, especially to dodge.

I almost had my first case of nerd rage during that boss fight. The thing that got to me more was getting a text from my friend saying "it's simple, I beat em my 3rd try" while picturing him with the face as he sent that message.

I feel ya pain. I got to him 2montha ago. Made it to that exact part with no nano paste in hard mode. Me thinking I could be smart, tried to go to an earlier lovl and stack up nano paste only to return to the last mission having to start all the way fukking over.


I haven't played that game in 2 months. But apparently there is a part where he throws rocks at you and you can cut them for nano paste.

That's the part i always mess up. I can't cut those rocks right and always die. I run around them but i need those nanopastes.

I feel your pain breh, beat the game a couple of months ago but I promise I was stuck on fighting that guy for like a week (going through rage fits with the controller and shyt cause he's down to like 10% of like and still can come back and own you). Thing you have to keep in mind. when he charges at you with what looks like a clothesline you can guard that which leads to a QTE which will give you the opportunity to damage him. outside of that its quick combo, retreat, counter, repeat. It takes A LOT of time, trust, but the game is beastly

I don't even slash the rocks he throws, but if you need health you have to line up as least 3 out of 4 of those squares using both thumbsticks then slash. Senator Armstrong is even harder during the SAM DLC because he has new attacks, one of which he's like a heat seeking comet that seems to hit you randomly even during the dodge animation and you can't parry it. From what I remember you can't upgrade Sam's sword either.

The Senator was that dude...when he throws the boulders at you, don't even bother with blade mode, just ninja run straight ahead

I finally got him under 100% health, but now I keep fukking up when he re-charges his life. I get the shyt lined up, then when I start my slash, it goes off or something and he bytch slaps me every time.
