I think my breh just got to the point where the self consciousness of his hair loss outweighed his self consciousness of coworkers/friends knowing he was wearing a hair piece. I can say I definitely noticed a shift in his energy. I used to have to drag him out of the house when he was off work. He covered his scalp with some 4c hair and he wouldn't sit down.

I got consultations from the most popular clinics for black hair. Heva, Hair of Istanbul, and Asli Tarcan.

In terms of price it's Asli<Heva<Hair of Istanbul

In my opinion just off seeing a ton of before and after photos, Hair of Istanbul does the best hair transplants

If you have the George Jefferson, you almost certaintly don't have enough donor hair to cover the hair loss area. I'm not saying don't search for a surgeon that will consider you. Some have become proficient at actually transplanting body hair in lieu of a lack of adequate donor, but taper (🫢) your expectations. By the time you get to Norwood 5 & 6, it's too late. Best time to get a transplant is NW 3/early stage 4.

I heard some clinics in Turkey could transfer hair from armpit and beard to the top of the head. He needs to research that more.
