Goran Dragic was in the deal, along with Kevin Martin & Luis Scola, a much better package than the one they got from the Clippers. Eric Gordon has one of the worst contracts in the league and has already slowed down due to injuries. Plus, the Hornets was going to get Anthony Davis anyway possible due to "basketball reasons".

Almost any PG has killed it in Monty William's system, from CP3, Darren Collison, Jarrett Jack, Grevis Vasquez, etc. all have cooked in that PG system. Goran has always been good, dating back to when he took-over and practically beat the Spurs by himself on the road in 2010. Plus he always killed my Lakers every time too. I could understand the Holiday move because the Pelicans owner wants to be in the playoffs ASAP and fast forward the rebuilding process, but that Tyreke Evans contract is looking real bad. UniGawd is a transcendent star, hopefully the front office moves don't come back to haunt them in the future and hinder the players Davis can play with that he needs.
