looks like the turn was too tight for the truck and he
got caught up on a pole or some other structure.

There's a wind turbine plant next door to my job so I see these trucks shipping blades out all day, well back when I worked in the office. Those trailers actually steer from the rear as well to help get around turns. Either the trailer malfunctioned or they are just incompetent. Either way, the truck driver should have reversed as soon as he saw he couldn't make the turn.
