Entrepreneurship is not for everyone and is not something I would encourage everyone to do. Too many people jump into it even though they don't have capital, they don't have marketable ideas or products, they don't have awareness of the market (or lack thereof) for what they want to push, and don't have a real passion to eat live and breathe their business.

If people can't handle working with others, the structure of a 9 to 5, or doing things they don't like to do, they will be a horrible boss.

This is one the reasons I felt Dr. Claude Anderson gave up on thinking black people in America could solve their problems. I gave up too honestly. I'm focused on my business and do real estate but lets face it. The average black person has been conditioned into thinking working for whites is "making it". Its a slave mentality. They will argue tooth and nail against supporting or working for black businesses and those arguments will disappear when the person running that business isn't black.

There really shouldn't be so much of an effort put inro telling black people to start their own businesses and own economy.

I am not talking about any race. I am saying that the vast majority of businesses fail and most were dead on arrival with absolutely no hope of catching on.

I worked with a girl whose husband couldn't hold down a job because he was a dikk. He decided he should run his own business because his bosses never knew what they were doing and he clashed with them. He was just a dumb white person with no skills and no education but he liked karate so he opened a karate studio. He didn't know how to advertise, he didn't have a business plan, he didn't know how many students he needed to hit a targeted profit level or even what he needed to do to break even. His shyt would close down after a few months and following the definition of insanity, he would open another one once he saved up enough of his wife's salary.

This type of shyt doesn't help anyone. If you start a business with the idea of building an enterprise for yourself and creating jobs for your community, you are destroying your own people if your business fails and your employees paychecks bounce.

The impetus for starting a business should be that you know it is going to be successful. It should be a good or service that the market needs and you should be good at providing it. Going off on your own just for the sake of going off on you own is why businesses rarely make it.
