If the facility with the nuclear reactor gets flooded they will no longer be able to keep the nuclear rods cooled. If that occurs a nuclear meltdown at the plant will happen and the plant could theoretically explode
So ya outside of a possible nuclear spill into the ocean & air (FYI that current travels towards the west coast) I don't see how dis could affect us.
