I think it's best to allocate a few hours each day to a specific task. For me a while back it was something like this

Mondays: Toastmasters (public speech class)
Tuesdays: Personal Project
Wednesday: Networking type event
Thursday: Soccer
Friday: Free/Social Event

Saturdays and Sundays would be key for working on personal projects.

Best way I can think of

Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
Work from 7-4 but during that time i’m also running my Ebay/Amazon businesses, Learning on Udemy, Cert Studying, etc.

Hit the gym right after I get off to keep my mind & body sharp.
Ah...that's a sick advantage being able to work on yourself while at work.

I don't think most of us are afforded that luxury

I work an office job but I gotta pretend to look busy all day so I can't dive into anything for myself and really focus.

The most that I'm able to do is listen to audiobooks
Why can’t you do that while pretending to look busy? Thats incredibly easy to do, especially since you work on a computer. You don’t even need your phone.

If you have dual monitors, just keep one window on work stuff. If not, use task mode and keep half your screen on work stuff.

I work 12 hour shifts w/ lots of down time.

I do most of my reading, writing, planning, etc at work.

When Im not at work, I spend my time w/ my daughter, sleeping, or at the gym.

I'm officially registered as a part time but I still pick up shifts that equal to 40+ hours of work. So that way I deal with 25 hours of the bullshyt they throw me into, but the remaining 15-20 hours I pickup are shifts I choose to work (which are the easiest and I have to bring my charger so my phone wont die from excessive usage lol)

So since I pick up almost half my hours, it gives me flexibility to pick it when I want. So one day I only work 5 hours. But the next day I could work up 11.5 hours

It's as if I dont even wear myself out at work because the shyt is easy

After work Mon-Thurs I'm in the gym for 2 hours....lifting, cardio, calisthenics, or boxing - depending on the WOD. A sound body equals sound

After work I work on a couple of my hustles for a couple hours until bedtime

I'm in the middle of a big project at work so any thing to do for professional development I've put to the side for a while

Weekends I knock out a lot of my chores and errands
