This is borderline c00n shyt. Get them for their crimes but leave lyrics out of it, that's corny as fukk
Yea, fukk what you talmbout. If you commit a murder and dumb enough to brag about it on record, you shouldn't be able to hide behind the "it's just art" facade

What other genre music, fukk it art period get scrutinized like rap lyrics? If there's evidence strong enough to support an indictment cool, but leave lyrics out of it. Imagine being loosely connected to a murder in which you had no role in, then getting indicted because you shouted out the murderer's set. That's precisely the situation gunna is in, it's bullshyt and set a terrible precedent

There is nothing c00nish about using a public confession against a criminal. If they are confessing to their crimes in their music, then it is perfectly fine to use it against them. In fact, it would be a dereliction of her duties if she did not do it.

Yes you should because it's just art. Using a rap lyrics as evidence should be banned from all courts. For every rapper that snitches on themselves on wax, there's 10x more just capping and rapping in hypothetical. Ex: Gunna. Many innocent black men are going to get caught up in this bullshyt.

How old are you? I ask because you seem to be speaking from a perspective ignorant of art or music history

there have definitely been musicians, artists, etc that have been scrutinized and even jailed for their art. This is not new.
