They'll be crippled in a few years, especially when they tour full time

They get injured as soon as they hit the main roster for being so broken down

Firstly they do, but secondly their schedule is more lighter and have more time in the performance center. Even with that thought they still get their injuries at live events (Enzo, Finn etc)
