There is a cartoon newspaper clipping showing something similar. I've seen in a school when I was subbing.

The one they did about George Washington Carver-like scientist was great. If forget it was a portrayal of him or just a cut out of his trials and tribulatiions and successes. It was awesome though showing a black scientist in the early 20th century America.
