cause what happens is HER lawyers will drag this shyt out just to exaust you...
fortunately the "byatch" (yeah I said it) was too broke to afford a lawyer..so the STATE took up her case, so they weren't her DEFENSE as she thought they would be
so she was under SCRUTINY just like me as well.....and I warned her .."you betta keep that house straight ..cause those Wolves (the state) will be on you too!"

so instead of providing a safe and clean environment for my son, the byatch was more concerned about shopping and moving her new boyfriend in...
so just as I was struggling to make child support payments while sleeping in my Lincon Contintental Town Car (yeah dude the struggle was real)
and had to resort to a pro bono lawyer cause I blew all my bread on legal fees with those SHARKS (family court lawyers)
the state ran psych exams on both of us, and found out SHE WAS MENTALLY IMBALANCED and I was seen as the more stable parent .......
so long story short ..... you CAN'T BUY THE COURTS when it comes to CUSTODY ISSUES.......
See Mr. Barr you would have a better chance beating a DRUG CASE than winning a Custody/Child Support issue...simply because the Lawyers don't see big $$$ on the back end...ther is no settlement ..so they just CHARGE THE SHYT OUT OF YOU UPFRONT...
For example I remember one fukkboy lawyer i simply asked him could he draw up a statement of character letter with various testimonies by coworkers and friends to present to the judge ...cause i was told by another legal counsel this could be useful with the judge...
the fukkboy said "sure....but it's gonna cost you 1,200 dollars!!!"
see it's a dirty game designed to break a man...and destroy the family..and everyone can be a victim, i seen grown azz white men, Hispanic as well get DESTROYED leaving the court in tears...
i got a white coworker...41 years old...just moved back into his MAMA house.....cause after a slight layoff he fell behind on payments....byatch didn't show no sympathy..when he got his new job.....she had her CHILD SUPPORT adjusted to met his new pay scale....so now everytime he gets a RAISE...she gets a RAISE
just like a rich white guy once told me at a bar...."son it ain't about INCOME or MORALITY or even LOGIC, it's all about POLITICS"....
THAT'S ANOTHER ISSUE that played a part in my case.....and would take a whole nutha thread
but real talk..it ain't the MONEY that really stressed me out..it was moreso the QUALITY TIME that i missed out on with my son while fighting this bullshyt ......
you can always get MONEY...but you can never RECOVER LOST TIME
