Future has a very high level of emotional intelligence and can make that a part of his music very well. He's very adept at manipulating his voice and flow to shift moods and feelings over the course of the song.

Sure his delivery can get garbled and he has a thick accent, but the underlying message of the song is always very clear.

As for his melodies- I guess that just comes down to a matter of taste. I find the slow, dreamy, melancholic flow of this song to be absolutely perfect.

Only thing future does with his voice is add plug ins and I'm a huge fan
