i don't have the statistics or whatever to back up my claims.
i've worked for companies that gave me the option of using my own laptop but they always had business laptops on hand.
taking one of theirs was always what i chose. if your company can't even afford to give you a laptop and is spying on you on top of that, then they probably aren't ideal to work for, nor will they last long if they're gonna come at you for clicking outside of some window, and if you cannot control yourself when it's possible you're being spied on and you have no idea they're spying on you, you're stupid.
