...In telephone interviews with a random sample of 2,059 adults, Gallup found that Americans still prefer a male boss over a female, with 41% choosing to work for a man and 23% saying they prefer women supervisors. It's the highest-ever number recorded for women bosses since Gallup has been asking....

All the feminists are going to march into the Gallup headquarters, tear up paperwork involved in the poll, point fingers at numbers, and blame their ex-boyfriends.

There was some sports radio host out in California that went on a rant about how no one gives a shyt about women's sports or their opinions(well duh) and was suspended.

Personally I've had supervisors of both sexes that I did and did not care for, depends on the person. But I can't really blame "feminists" if they're annoyed that people automatically assume that women make worse managers.

I'm sure it is because of irrational sexism, and not because they have extensive experience with lunatic female managers. All the women who agree are sexist too, we should take them to get therapy for their self-hatred.

I actually prefer female managers. In my experience, women managers are more concerned with getting the job done than with getting the credit.

Female managers, on average, are terrible. This is amplified when there are several of them in close proximity and it reaches critical mass when there are a large number of female subordinates as well. There's a vendor at the airport that's in total disarray due to the large number of female employees. Until recently, every manager was a female and they were close to losing the contract for the airport. A woman here and there is fine; but many are too catty and petty to get the job done. I've noticed that black female mangers work better under the leadership of white males on a performance level, but they treat subordinates like shyt....well, black ones anyway.

Just to be fair, it depends on your past managers that will determine what you think about female managers. I've had good female managers and good male managers in the past.

And apparently, most Americans have more negative experiences with female managers than they have with male managers. I wonder why that is.

I wish there wasn't a bit of truth to this, but I've seen/heard this same story so many times before not to not pay it any mind.
