That ep comes out tomorrow too. I wonder if the physical game will have it too?
They stick you in these popular, fictionalized world's such as The Walking Dead, Fabletown, and Game of Thrones.
You often play characters created by them but you'll also come across and interact characters from the real show.
From there, you control the flow of the natrative in the confines of the story they want to tell. You can be a dikk to everyone or a saint.
You choose how your character responds in conversations and you make decisions that are supposed to alter the entire narrative (though often, it only changes who lives or dies.)
They're still great time killers. Basically Choose Your Own Adventure type of games in digital format.
The Walking Dead (season 1) was easily their best outing and if iirc, there's a Marvel comic based one dropping next year that should be worth the time.
The first 10 minutes of this will give you a feel if what their games are about.
If you a fan of the show & have even read the books, you might as well get the game since the game supposed to be canon with the show.
