Anyone else kind of lowkey agree with this and have experienced this yourself?

I've noticed the times that I'll subscribe to Gamepass, PS+ or the one time I had Nintendo Online for the Switch,, I'll probably only sub for maybe one thing but if I do download and install multiple games, I'll probably barely get into the game and just not play it anymore. I think the best type of games for these services are quick and easy to play games that don't require too much exposition or w/e.

I know this behavior can fluff up the "X number of players have played this game" metric but I think it's true. I subbed for PS+ this month just to access Ghosts of Tsushima Director's cut and although I have access to a bunch of other games, I doubt I'll even play em.

Nah. Homie, you made a mediocre game and players reacted accordingly. Gamepass, PS+ I actually purchase the games that are dope so I can play them whenever.

The people who would’ve bought the game if GamePass didn’t exist kept playing.

There’s a few games that I only tried for 5 minutes and a few that I tried for an hour or 2.

Most recently, I tried Robocop. I’m taking my time with it, but I’m more than half way through. It’s really good.

He's telling the truth

I did this with Indiana Jones, Clair obscure expedition 33, hellblade 2, doom and probably some other games I don't even remember :mjlol:

The full quote.

It's on Game Pass. There's going to be a lot of people trying this genre for the first time. It was very, very important to make the onboarding stronger and better than other titles. That was a big focus.

“As for Game Pass… We know the behavior of players. They jump in for five minutes and they drop out. You can take a certain amount of decisions based on that, but at the same time, you don't want to make too many concessions. It needs to be a great game for the player who plays all the way through. That's the most important part for us, being the story-centric studio as we are. It's a hard balance. You always know that you should worry about that more, but at the same time, you care about the grand scheme of things.”

Sony stan’s and your cac tweets :smh:
