Look at it like this Game has Black Wall Street (his own label) and technically his own artist :Young Life, Compton Menace, XO, Nu Jerzey Devil those guys have release songs and mixtapes (NJD being the most consistent) why even go that route when you somewhat have accomplish hitting the mainstream margin if you will? Matter of fact ,why not do what WuTang did in how they introduce Killah Priest on Liquid Swords or had videos with Beretta 9 (before the Killarmy jump-off)?
dudes are on that label and prior to signing the deal with Cash Money, Busta was releasing album after album (some of the release were subpar but still) , now he wearing polka dot sweaters and popping up at IFBB shows but not dropping an album
Same for Bow Wow ....if i recalled correctly didnt baby forget he was sign to them?
even the dude that sings i think his name is J-Sean or something like that .brotherman drop one song and still on the label doing nothing.

They make mixtapes, and if they get enough hype they get to drop an album. Like Tyga,Nikki, and Drake.
Its not just YMCMB, thats just how it is on any label these days. How many rap albums have been released this year????shyt, some of these labels wont even let you release an album while you have a hit single.
Game is doing both however i dont get why he is going this route now, i could see if it was after he did Doctors Advocate but now....
i'll admit he is consistent with the mixtapes but im honestly feeling this is the wrong initative to take....especially with Busta and Bow Wow. he honestly would have dont better signing to somebody like Koch records imo.we'll see though
