Russian PSN Is Cheaper Than US And UK PSN

I am sure many of you know by now of the financial problems in Russia, such is the situation that that Valve have put a region block on games sold on Steam in Russia, these games are a lot cheaper than their European or US equivalents.
Whilst speaking with NeoSabin on Twitter, we discussed the possibility of Russian PlayStation network games being region locked, browsing the Online Russian Store, i could not tell if they are region locked, what i did notice were the prices of the games and when converted to US dollars, they are not only a lot cheaper than their EU counterparts, but also their US counterparts.
As a person living in the UK/Ireland, in regards to pricing, the US PS Store has always been my number one option and my PSN network is North American, but as you will see below, at the moment, it might be an idea to create a Russian PSN account.
