Lowkey people tell me my best features are my back (I agree) and forearms (I dont see it)

But apparently what I do for forearms works

I do a lot of weighted workouts like pullups dips crunches and kettleball pushups

Forearm orientated workouts of mine are like hammer curls and shyt and thats about it

U build big forearms through tensing ur grip and muscles and developing strong grip and muscle tension not thru direct workouts

imo calves/forearms are built thru hardass work and general labor not direct workouts

havent worked my legs since high school and my legs are bigger than people that train legs
