Can you explain? I swear brehs even on here have caught a lick. Finance students/Reddit mans probably got on.

They made money, but it seems its too late now

So the basis of that reddit is they just buy and hold and buy and hold, no matter what. Their mantra is if you sell, you are not helping the cause, not sticking it to the man, and aren't getting rich.

In reality, when you trade you have to be responsible, disciplined. Trade based on knowledge and analysis. 90 percent of the people on that reddit don't know shyt about trading or investing. And just following the hype train.

Don't get me wrong it worked, but even then these dummies aren't taking their profit, and staying in. And this venture has done nothing to teach them how to trade properly afterwards. It just reinforces bad habits to hold no matter what. Risky trading like this will crush your portfolio fast, and the "get rich quick" schemes like this don't always go this way...

No. You should not be trading on RobinHood if you have any type of experience at all. That app is built for broke college kids...
I follow this photographer on Instagram that all of a sudden started posting about GME and RobinHood like he was extremely successful trader. He clearly knows nothing and he out there giving investment advice.

feel sorry for the people who get caught up in this when they don’t have enough skin in the game

For all you conspiracy theorists:

Yup, mad stocks get volatility halts during the day... It's part of the game, just move onto the next one. Everyone is shytting themselves because they didn't take profit and are in the red now, or they are married to this idea that they can move a stock price far higher than what it's worth, just to fukk over a couple hedges and wallstreet geezers... I can totally see why they had to pull those stocks.

Anyone mad is someone who can only follow hype and others, thinking these stocks are their only key to profits. Just go trade one of the other million companies. Oh yeah that's right they can't because they don't know how to trade....

He’s being very obtuse and disingenuous. Dude prolly a psychopath.

“oh our clearing house don’t have enough money”

“it’s a simple math equation”

If it can’t fund the trades by itself - it will borrow the money to do so or risk bankruptcy. These Wall Street dikkheads do that shyt all the times They know fully damn well they don’t want to lose any money so they forcibly stopped the trades.

Let the market be free. Why all of a sudden does Wall Street deserve socialism?
