I have never beaten a single Final Fantasy game despite loving FFVII, VIII and X at the time.

Got far in FFVII but didn't have the 3rd disc I think back on PSX. I then started it on PSP years later through emulation but while playing my girl at the time texted me to break up and I never played it again.

FFVIII same thing didn't have the other discs(didn't have money to buy games when I was a kid).

FFIX-I never played it when it came out. I started it up a year or two ago on my retro pie but didn't get very far in it.

FFX-When it came out I didn't have a PS2 yet(Had a Gamecube). I then had a PS2 years later but when I got the game through rental I didn't have a fukking memory card :snoop: I got to some plant boss in a forest and died and the game only allowed me to start over or load game :snoop:

FFXII-Never played it.

FFXIII-Rented from Gamefly for PS3 and got to Gran Pulse and had to return it. Never played it again.

FFXV-I just stopped playing it due to backlog of other games coming out. I got like 10 hours in I think. It's okay but not as great as the other FF games imo.

I never played the earlier ones either.

Actually the only square enix games I beat were Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2. 3 I haven't really touched since Jan Feb last year.

I wouldn’t say that’s a crime or anything. FF isn’t for everybody.

now I must confess I recently put Re2 back on my ps4 so I can finish both 2nd runs and I peeped you can pay for the infinite weapons for 5$.... I copped and been having a blast mowing down zombies but a part of me feels disgusted :snoop:

Funny enough, half of the Final Fantasy games I played I also did not beat. I've played FFIV, VI-XV (excluding 11 and 14, since those were the online ones that didn't really seem like FF games IMO). I only beat VII, VIII, XIII & XV. I got far into IX and X, but got to some part that I got merked for being under-leveled (X, I actually made it to Sin, at least the first form and got kilt quickly and I said fukk this game; my least favorite in the series) and just pretty much stopped playing entirely. This also happened with XIII, but after a 2 year hiatus, I went back to it and finally finished it proper. I bought XII on day 1 after that 5 year long ass wait and only played it for like 20 minutes before I put it away permanently. I did not feel that art style change nor the "gambit" combat system. Copped XIII-2 and got far, but didn't finish it. Didn't ever even bother with XIII-3.

Similar to this, I've actually purchased almost every mainline game in the Yakuza series in way or another (except 6 and 4) and am a big fan, but I've yet to finish any of them. I get 40 some odd hours in and then I just fall off into another game or something.

For Uncharted 4, I just beat it after owning for 4 years, but I didn't even beat it on Crushing. I just beat it on Hard mode cuz I wanted to just be done with the game on the quick.

It's a crime when you're a fan of the series and play the games deep enough. Gotta clean your plate.

It's not a crime if you beat it legit the 1st time, getting to use infinite ammo afterwards is your reward especially if you had a PSN gift card so it was all free.

Back when I was a young scumbag my main game was Unreal Tournament 2004. There was a whole community on a popular Invasion mode server. It was an early 'horde mode' type thing, on various maps there were camping/hiding spots. I had another profile that I created purely to troll and team kill with my shield gun, it wouldn't hurt them but you could push players off ledges, the monster NPCs would then get them. Teamed up with another troll and we created a clan called TATK, which stood for The Awesome Team Killers. When I wanted to be normal I'd use my normal profile and name, back then server communities knew each other and remembered folks. Slipped up once and was on the wrong profile, once I spoke on my $10 Walmart mic the jig was up. I had to disappear and lay low for months. Created a new name and just didn't talk anymore. :wow:

I’m more of a casual/lazy gamer than I let on

I own/have owned tons of games across multiple generations of consoles but have played/beaten a handful of them

also the only game I’ve ever beaten on the NES is bionic commando

and I hated all the mario games that were on the NES and have hated most platformer games ever since

that felt good...I think I’ll come back and add more later

I’m guilty to say Mass effect 3 wasn’t bad:yeshrug::yeshrug:
Great game:yeshrug:

Nothing wrong with that at all, I agree myself:ehh:

lemme raise you one further and say that I actually played through ME: Andromeda TWICE and think it is vastly over-criticized. Yeah there were animation bugs day one that were super meme-able, but the combat in Andromeda is arguably the best in the series (you can maybe knock the variety of enemies but that’s it) and I though the game overall was pretty dope. Not a masterpiece but easily an 8/10 game for sci-fi adventure fans. It’s a shame they dropped the quarian arc dlc
