As a Black man with Autism and ADHD, I've already had plenty of "miscommunication" with police and that was before I knew I was on the spectrum in the first place.

Doing more research on this case, the brother they trying to make out as a murderer is actually a good man who loves children and have a bunch of friends and family that cares dearly for him.

The wife and I have been intentional about going meatless for a meal or two a week.

This week, we enjoyed a cornucopia of fall root vegetables: roasted sweet and regular potatoes, beets, turnips, etc. with dinosaur kale with hints of kosher salt. Quite tasty and filling I might add.
