If Mitt Romney won presidency and the gas prices were continually dropping like they have been lately, a bunch of people would be like, "See, Romney's already got gas prices going down....he's already done a better job than Obama"

But since Obama is still in office, these same people are, " The President doesn't really control gas prices....let's just see how long this lasts"

Gas prices been flucuating for years. But wasn't obama campaigning about regulating OPEC 5 years ago which woulda capped what they could charge for oil?
