Yo, not for nothing, I don't have any interest in eating gators, but its annoying as fukk that whenever a topic like this comes up or something, all the salads and quinoa eating motherfukkers wanna come in and talk down to folks who eat meat. i like gator meat, but can only eat a little before the aftertaste/though gets to it

i think its the iron and mnineral content that gives it that taste

It’s the enzymes in carnivores system that allows them to break down and digest the meat they eat that gives them that iron/metallic/taste. Plant eaters and meat eaters don’t taste the same. My pops homeboy from Florida came up and gave us a shyt load of Gator Sausage one time. Like a whole bunch, had to put most away and freeze it. At first it was good as shyt, after that first day of feasting on it tho I was over it. Can only fukk with it in small portions. Ended up giving some away and tossed the rest of it.
