Seems to be free. I only have Gamepass.

I'm saying that I bought Gears 5 on steam, so I'd have to pay full price for the DLC. I have gamepass, but to play the dlc I'd have to install the full game again via the Xbox app. There is no standalone download of Hivebusters I can grab and play independent of my Steam install. I don't think its worth the GBs since I have metered interenet
