Trump has been attacking Iran since his first term.

I’d argue we’re doing ourselves a disservice by disregarding his previous history, his decision to tear of the JCPOA like any other dem or Obama led desl so that he could “renegotiate” better terms that have mostly lead to worse outcomes.

We know Trump is in the Epstein files. We have had strong reason to believe that Russia also has dirt in him as well for nearly a decade.

At what point do we begin to weigh in our much of what he does comes down to being a poor leader surrounded by people he let's dictate the agenda and he rubber stamps it for credit?

I agree with this. JCPOA was working and he ruined it because he hates Obama. Just nonsense. And he sleeps during cabinet meetings too.

I found AOC's explanation for why she voted no a decent one.

Is this their second attempt to get this passed?

If I'm understanding Mace wants the release or every report substantiated or not? I think there are probably way more cases in Democratic offices than Republican ones. I just feel like Dem staffers more likely to file reports whereas Repubs will stay silent or get bought off the books.

Edit: I originally called this performative BS maybe that was too harsh. It's AT LEAST very rich coming from someone that ostensibly supported Trump. She nominated trump for NPP for fukks sake.

Yeah I agree, AOC's breakdown of the weak points of the bill was pretty clear.

Not sure how many attempts they've had already because AOC spoke to how the owners of the bill have to re-introduce it and since the GOP is the majority, their convoluted processes have to be followed to get it back to the floor.

I think Luna is sincerely frustrated because she's one of those victims she's speaking about but she doesn't have the political acumen to understand the nuance of this version of the bill.
