The basic idea is going to be that people who have any sort of weaknesses are even more inferior and unwanted than they already are. So no one is going to be born to the rich anymore with any sort of disability, or a speech defect, or below-average intelligence, or even short or bad looks.
Only poor people will be that way, and people with an "undesirable" traits will be even more despised and discriminated against than they ever were.
I ended up with a friend of a facebook friend who was posting about CRISPR, and he was dumb as crap about the potential ethical pitfalls. He just said "don't worry we take the ethics seriously and everyone will follow international standards" like he don't know that there's gonna be Chinese scientists wilding trying all sorts of stuff.
This is not good for humanity. We are meant to be a little flawed and learn to overcome it. Look at how few "perfect" people born with all the advantages are happy - they all either end up jaded and depressed, really weird, or as some sort of tyrants shytting on everyone and unable to feel empathy for others. It's not good for the human soul to not have obstacles to overcome.
