Pretty good on both sides. If Hill is trash then they can waive him before next year since his deal isn't fully guaranteed. Then it's pretty much the standard first rounder for an expiring deal.
Milwaukee's first rounder this year is already gone though so I guess that means it's their 2021 at least which isn't as great as being able to send out this year or next years pick.
