Cousins is not a franchise player.

Maybe he can work things out and land in DC to play with John Wall once again, but I am not sure the Kings will take Gortat for him.

I am not sure the Wizards should give up more than Gortat either. Any trade for Cousins is a gamble.

Have you seen the Wizards this year. They would move everyone outside Wall for Cousins

Boogie would bytch slap a kitten like Fred. One of the reasons he got along so well with Malone was because he was honest. Karl was smiling in cousins face but the first minute he went back to the FO he wanted to trade him. Hoiberg and his burial of Noah doesn't seem like he would mesh well with cousins

I remember George Karl was on Jim Rome right after the 2008 Presidential election. He was really emotional about witnessing history and how America elected the first black president. He actually cut Rome off because Jim had no questions related to politics. I thought that was cool of Karl but outside of that he seems like a players don't respect the chain of command type of guy. Karl should go to college where he can order around the players since they have no power.

The teams only reason for existing right now is Demarcus Cousins. Still surprised they manage to actually draft him and not take somebody else at the spot.

Joke of a franchise who will hire another joke of a coach and then turn around and whiff on another top 5-7 draft pick. Trade him too Boston so I can enjoy nba basketball again.

This might have been Karl's last stop as a head coach in the NBA but this is more on the Kings then anything. With a front office that seems to always be in flux they probably cant even agree on a plan of action as to how to improve their franchise. Demarcus is the franchise but it's been 6 years now and nothing has changed. Most players would have cried their way to a trade by now, but he seems to be content putting up great numbers on a bad team. Which could give his next team (if they eventually trade him) a thing to think about.

I dont understand how teams still hire the Karls, JeffVan Gundy, Nate McMillan, Mo Cheeks, Mike Dantoni, etc after all the tenures

After a while I would hire the top assistant from one of the top 3 NBA teams or search for a Brad Stevens in the NCAA
