A brother and sister were arrested in Effingham County, Georgia for having sex in a semi truck parked in a church parking lot across the street from a high school.

WJBF News Channel 6 reported that sheriff’s deputies arrested 20-year-old Christopher Buckner, of Guyton, Georgia and her half-brother, 25-year-old Timothy Savoy, of Jackson, Georgia after responding to reports of a prowler around 4:00 a.m. on Wednesday.

County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson David Ehsanipoor said that the pair had ”sex three times after watching the movie ‘The Notebook.’”

The two were charged with incest, aggravated sodomy and prowling. SavannahNow.com reported that Bruckner and Savoy are currently being held at the Effingham County Jail.

Oral sex is sodomy. Since they were both arrested I doubt that it was against either's will, although maybe it was. More likely it is being classified as aggravated sodomy because of the illegal nature of the relationship or perhaps the public location.
