No, some of them they are pro 'making money with China for the moment', not pro China.
And some of them are clearly hawkish toward China and see Russia as less dangerous but also as a closer nation for 'racial' and 'cultural' reasons. I remember being shocked when a Pentagon official clearly said that China was different from other previous US adversaries because it wasn't a country belonging to the 'western-christian sphere' aka a non white country.
China is the only adversary the US sees for obvious reasons.
