The knock on sites like Hotwire is that you don't know what hotel you are getting until you buy it. But recently Hotwire has made it even easier by showing you an actual photo of the hotel in the preview. You can just do a reverse Google image search and it will pull up.

Also if there isn't a picture you can use roomrevealer.com. You key in the information from Hotwire and it finds the matches based of the amenities and location and rating.

This is how I book all my hotels. Got a 4 star hotel for $84/night. Knew what it was before I booked.

Hotel Tonight usually saves you 25-50% off Hotwire or hotels.com.

But you seriously have to be comfortable with running blind. You get more savings the longer you wait which is the complete opposite Hotwire.

I usually book a hotel 2 hours before check in and save a shyt ton. I’ve also been burned and have Been 10-15 miles away from my target location. Right now I’m about 7.5/10 with receiving an extremely discounted price than the hotel offers, 25-50%.

The platform caters towards ppl who can accept high risks.

100% yes. I only use skiplagged for vacations.
