I know, I just ate 1/2 lb of brown rice yesterday, I'm trying to hit 3000 calories a day. My lunch was three baked chicken breasts, carrots, brown rice, and an avacado with a blueberry, strawberry and banana smoothie.
For dinner I had two medium sized steaks, two potatoes and brown rice w/water.
