Such a goddamn trap. I see it all the time in my line of work.. nikkas got a $18k card balance and make the minimum payments on a 24% APR.
Those buy now pay later services have even higher interest rates. I saw a video where they can charge over 100% interest rate.

I assume u mean for a mortgage, which in theory means your real estate will appreciate at a much higher rate than what you're paying in interest.
Yes sir, that's what I'm hoping for.

If everything goes according to plan, we'll have paid off the interest before our first term is up.

Living through the collapse of the U.S. while living in the belly of the beast has been on my BINGO card for a few years. We are going to see some very unusual shyt on a national scale.

Ain't shyt parents a tale as old as time.
:wow:

At 22, she discovered there was $200,000 in debt in her name. It took a decade to get it removed

In her new book, Kristin Collier tells the story of how she ended up with over $200,000 in debt that she didn’t know about.

It turns out her mother, who was grappling with a gambling addiction, took out loans and credit cards in her name.

“This debt fractured our relationship and made it hard for me to trust her,” Collier told CNBC. “At the debt’s peak, I owed $2,000 a month.”
