At the time of this argument Kawhi wasn't on PG's level (2013/14), I don't know why you continue to move the goalposts all these years later. Kawhi's been on PG's level for a while now, any dummy can see that. Except this is the only season where he's been performing better. This reminds me of when dudes tried to argue Harden was better than Melo in 2013, and used the fact that because he's better now [all these years later] meant that he was also better than him in 2013.
