TYRONE GA!
If they had waited till this summer THEN amnestied Perk, they would have been able to keep Ibaka and the Beardo right since they would have been able to match any offers for Beardo?

If Brooks doesnt start playing Reggie and Russ together he deserves to be fired for that alone:stopitslime:

I'm excited to see where Reggie and Lamb are next year. Reggie is gonna be the one to carry Lamb as he finally gets playing time but I believe this experience did good things for Reggie. Got some glimpses into what he can be...since Brooks will obviously play him from the beginning next season and no Fisher taking minutes from him.

If either Lamb or Perry are ready to give a few solid minutes next year I think we'll be good:obama:

I'm still on the sign D.Wright, Webster, or Korver(likely the long shot of them) A few other names got thrown around that would be nice too.

And Brooks:comeon:...bench Perk bruh. He's done. Let whatever rookie center we draft get his lumps...but you know he wont:snoop:

Damn Perk...just damn
According to basketballreference, in the 2012-2013 season:

-He has the worst PER in the NBA among all starting Centers.

-Worst TS% in the NBA among all starting Centers.

-Worst Ortg in the NBA among all starting Centers.

-Lowest FTA in the NBA among all starting Centers.

-Lowest ORB% in the NBA among all starting Centers.

-Lowest PPG in the NBA among all starting Centers.

it gets worse...

Gotta pick up the options on Liggins & Hash. Orton can stay or go it makes no difference to me. We probably are going to get a big in the draft though so he'll just kinda be there.

K-Mart can kick rocks unless we go small & amnesty Perk. If Perk is staying, the minutes K-Mart has can go to Lamb. If we amnesty Perk & go small K-Mart can become the starting SG.

I still don't know why we even bothered getting Brewer. Brooks never played him.

I honestly would have replaced Perk with Brewer in certain games. He rebounds pretty well and neither one is there for offense anyway. Perk...man he was just Perk:scusthov: dude is done man.

Brooks on Lamb and Perry
They've worked their tails off. They didn't get much time but they are part of our future
:upsetfavre: he better play at least Lamb next year. He said some stuff about Reggie too.

ill believe the quote about lamb and perry when i see them play. everyone wants to talk about perk and his contract. yea its not great value. but who else are you realistically gonna get? im not sure a rookie starting center is the answer. thabeet isnt either. someone on realgm mentioned ilasova from the bucks for perk and pj3. it looks good on paper. but starting serge at c for 82 games wont work. brooks needs to work on his lineups. play reggie and russ together more. get rid of fisher and let lamb play. stop with the small ball lineups. last year it was serge, kd, harden, russ and fisher. this year, serge, kd, martin, jackson and fisher. yet brooks swears by these small ball lineups. durant can score at the 4 just fine but defending that position, he isn't great. all he has is length. leave him at the 3 full time.
