production, lyrics, and those cham melodies :fifbless:
classic

That album still in my rotation today. Cham wrote most of Paul's verses, if i remember. If it werent for Cham, Paul would have no career. I was never a fan of Paul Wall, too much of a clown & wasn't very good if Cham hadnt been propping him up early on.
He went to Jersey Village breh. I know. Yeah yeah yeah. Hes a cool guy. But hes still a clown. I dont hate the man for his hustle, but in those days it was known he wasnt really from no streets. I mean he gets a pass in every hood here. But Cham is who made them, & when they split, his entire flow & style had changed.Nah breh they was really boys early on and went to same HS etc
Paul really a Northside H-Town cat
He moves thru Houston with no issues to this day and has a career outside music in various hustles
Don't hate on one of the only CAC rappers that gave us bangers breh
Smh
Boys KILLED that trackSay you ain't after my change
I don't believe ya!
If a skeezer asked me to feed her
With my Visa then Ima leave her!
Koopa don't want ya
Koopa don't need ya
"But I Love You!"
That's sweet
I'd rather be ridin on glass feet
With leather up under my ass cheek!
You better rearrange ya head
Thinking I'm tricking my cash to a broad
Go ahead and ask ya broad
I got more green than the grass in the yard
And that's so raw
It ain't hard for me to get the class to applaud
I shine like a blasting star
Glass on my car more blacker than tar

On a side story, I met Cham's pops few years ago at a Wedding. Spittin image of his pops.
Everyone was jacking Gawdfather's melodic style in the mid-00s
Nah. Album dropped in 02 before 50 had even popped nationally. Cham had that melodic style since “99 when they started makin tapes with Swishahouse.
Melodic hooks have always been an H-Town staple (Pimp C, Big Moe, Devin the Dude, Z-Ro, etc).
