Regardless of what is listed here, you do NOT need a degree to get this job but you are required to have competency with Math (Geometry and Algebra)......

New hires begin as Trainees while they complete classroom and field training. Upon successful completion of the training, Trainees are promoted to Lead Home Energy Advisors and begin their individual home assessment schedule. A Trainee completes classroom training on program rules, general building science practices and Next Step Living protocols and procedures. Then they shadow a Home Energy Advisor Team in the process of conducting routine home assessments for up to four additional weeks.

If that is a bit above your current qualifications, look for positions as installers rather than auditors.

Not needed. That's the position I hold now, but I have 6 Certifications in the industry all gained through On-the-Job Training.

You should note that the position is actually for a Supervisor.....

Successful candidates will be responsible for leading a two person team, consisting of a Lead Home Energy Advisor and a Home Energy Technician

I lead a team of 5 Auditors and 3 teams of Installers. No degree.
