There are going to be at least a handful of classes in college where you are going to feel overwhelmed, down, and frustrated and nervous about passing. It's normal and you have to realize its part of the college experience and good training for life when things get overwhelming.

You may get a lot of the typical advice like set certain hours during the week just to focus on classes, etc. which may be important; but I have found more importantly in school and a career, that just showing up and being present is 70% of success. The other 30% is some luck and some hard work. You would be surprised at the number of people that don't even show up which eliminates a lot of competition. Do every assignment to your best ability (even if you know its not 100 percent correct), show up and put in the effort as best as you can, and just last and survive through the final. Its almost a guaranteed formula to pass and put that class behind you and move on.

Information Technology.

Not only that, the school use to be a community college. They dropped the "community" because it now offers Bachelors, Masters, PhD and such all while still being the same affordable price as if it's still a community college. Let's not forget, I have FULL RIDE financial aid

IT that's a good and promising field. At the end of the day, when going to college, yes you want to recieve a degree, but you want to recieve a degree with minimal debt. I would stick with the cheapest route.

There is an IT thread, there are user on here like @bdizzle that's heavy in IT, they can show you the right route.

I've been reading that thread for about 2 years before joining thecoli. It's very promising... so I guess I got to pack my bags and go back to Miami :mjcry:

I took 2 classes online and almost failed them because I'd be forgetting project dates and turning them in late. First time doing it I thought " online?:gladbron:This shyt gon' be easy as hell", 2nd time the slots for this one class I was taking got taken with quickness and didn't have no choice but to do it online if I wanted to graduate.
