they told me to do it, i gave them the
dentists are like mechanics, of course theyre gonna tell you what needs fixing
When I was 17, they told me if I didn't get them taken out, they'd keep coming in and force my teeth on the bottom to crowd which would result in some getting pushed out. That's exactly what happened, one of my lower canines started getting pushed out, got the teeth taken out at 26.
Same here. My top two came out no problem. The bottom two, they pretty much had to cut the teeth out and it took 5 minutes for one tooth and about 10 for the other.
I knew it was gonna be a problem when the surgeon came in and went:
Surgeon:

"You sure you wanna do all 4 today, you're not going under, we can do 2 now, and then 2 at a later date"
Me: Just do it all today, I'm not trying to have 2 taken out, deal with that pain, have it heal then come in for the next two
Surgeon: All 4 might be kinda rough though
Me:
First top left, popped out no problem, I'm thinking
The next was the bottom one that was impacted and sideways, when you can tell he's putting his strength into it, you can feel the pliers rocking back and forth, he's putting his foot against the chair for leverage
And then he bring out the drill
The pain from the drill wasn't even that bad, it was just the loud ass fukking noise from the drill just being in your head/ear, just hearing that shyt against what's essentially bone was
Surgeon had to use the drill to break it up to make it easier. After he finally got that out, I asked if he could do the other bottom next just so we can finish the other tough one, he hit me with the "Gotta do it in order
The other top one popped out easy. The second bottom one was like the first.
Procedure took like an 45 minutes.
