No way WBC is passing up on possibility of putting the WBC strap in a fight of that magnitude. After that, if Cotto wins I see him dropping the title (I really don't see Cotto fighting GGG and Im a big Cotto fan). If Canelo wins I think obviously he'd hold the strap (2 division World champ) and a fight with him and GGG becomes another huge fight.
From Golovkin's end, he's gotta be lookin like :GGG:"You serious.....You serious"
JCC Jr would get the fight over GGG though and Canelo is still open to facing JCC Jr at 160.
If all goes as plan in the #CaneloCartel, our next 4 bouts look like this:
