So the year of return didnt pull in the expected numbers?! Wonder how people that participated in the year of return feel about this?
Its almost like the year of the return was a desperate ploy to garner people of African descent into coming to Ghana(specifically Black Americans)for economic stimulation rather then actually healing.
And when that failed they returned back to their human trafficking for monetary gain roots.
