I want to understand how being flat footed is a disadvantage?

Edit: she explained it

But a flat footed man is more of an asset than a non flat footed woman in the military :yeshrug: provided he’s not incompetent or has a serious injury

I know people are going to miss the point, but it’s them trying to enforce discipline in their armed forces…

Something that is extremely necessary to have a competent and effective military.. from first hand experience.

It’s something that could be used now with the soft/entitled shyt they let in with certain lenient branches. Your tattoos don’t mean shyt in real life.

And, back in the day you couldn’t even have tattoos that were always visible (face, neck, etc) and flat feet could get you kicked tf out because you may end up with stress fractures. It’s different than just hooping. And moving more to “technical” is another reason to enforce this. They can train their own drone operators, CS experts, etc.. you just need an IQ above idiot.

And their Navy is still going to require you do physical shyt.. you live on a ship.

Basically, they are saying they want to create professionals.

No Tattoos makes sense if you want people for undercover missions. Imagine having someone go undercover for years and infiltrate an organisation and then on the off chance they expose a tattoo that isn't OPP friendly or it's a memorable piece of branding that will be the recognizable marker. They might not know your real name but they'll know the tattoo.

Ghana/Africans/Black ppl in general being against body art is a another prime example of how Abrahamic religion is anti-African.

Body art has been a part of African culture since pre-colonialism.

So to make tattoos a disqualifying element to be in a Black army is just weird and dumb as hell.

Imagine missing out on talent that can protect your country because of tattoos.

Very unserious leadership SMH

The entire world(except for Ghanaian citizens) should make a viral mockery of Ghanaian leadership starting now. Pound Ghana’s leadership and military with social media memes showing how utterly stupid these policies are. Mock them, shame them, and embarrass them by showcasing various elite militaries around the world(Russia, U.S.,etc) who have a plethora of soldiers with tattoos and/or flat feet. Just be relentless with the trolling for months on end. Embarrass them on the world stage. I guarantee the policies would get reversed.

Wasn’t going to say anything, but yes

There’s a reason they like people without tats. Harder to identify as well
