I think his time in Milwaukee has already reached its point. I don't think there's anything else management can do to improve their roster. Giannis already did the impossible in bringing a chip home, but since then, it's been disaster after another, and it's hard to attract stars to play in Wisconsin.
The only reason they had Dame was due to them making a trade, and we all know he ain't want to be there in the first place, which partially attributed to him leaving earlier than expected.
I know he probably doesn't want to alienate the fanbase, but at some point, you gotta do what's best for your career. I don't know what his contact situation is like, but I'm assuming he'll depart once his contract is up I don't think he'll ask for a trade because that'd upset the fanbase.
