Manu Ginobili underwent testicular surgery on Thursday, and he's expected to miss at least the next month of action.

First off, ouch. Ginobili took a knee to the lower region from Ryan Anderson during the closing minutes of Wednesday's win over New Orleans, and he obviously suffered a pretty significant injury. At 38 years old, GInobili's absence could certainly extend beyond one-month, so he's a cut-candidate in most leagues as he was only producing late-round value on the season. Danny Green is going to be the primary beneficiary here, while guys like Jonathan Simmons, Patty Mills and Kyle Anderson figure to earn some extended run.
