People always say Nas is Rakim's progeny...but it's more G Rap to me all the way...especially the incarnation of Nas that's one of my top 3 eras of any rapper ever ('95-'97 Esco-era Nas), G Rap birthed Esco 100% ...well it's prolly some queens sh!t, but G Rap is the most notable rapper with the most similar style to escobar era nas...that multi-heavy slick flow sh!t...reason why Fast Life is one of my favorite tracks ever

it's really not worth it. him, like most older rappers are garbage and have contributed little to the culture. nothin substantial really came outta the genre until maybe 1999 and that's a strech, tbh.
name one rapper before 2000 that actually made something good, man. and don't say pac because he's garbage, that's why the label had him murked. ain't nothing cool about track suits and rope chains neither. accept it.

if this guy is so good then somebody should post one of his songs. one of his real songs! i'm willing to bet that most of this stuff is ghostwritten by nas or some other rapper that didn't get good until after 2000.
